Deprecated tensorflow requirement

When trying to install the requirements, I run into the following issue...

pip install tensorflow==1.15.0 keras==2.2.5 "h5py<3.0.0"

Is this repo deprecated, or are we still able to use it?

Try using Python 3.6 or 3.7. Unfortunately, there aren't binary builds in PyPI for the required version of Tensorflow (1.15.x) for later versions of Python.
