Hello, thank you for creating such a good core.
Hysteria2 has been very effective in resisting the GFW of Iran.
I have a few questions and would appreciate it if you could help.
Is it possible to limit traffic and time for users?
Is it possible to use a database file for users?

I have written this script and am currently developing it. I would appreciate it if you could guide me.
