dependency conflict over latest amaranth boards

The latest commit on amaranth-boards @main drops support for amaranth 0.4, which is required for luna 0.2
amaranth_boards @ d2caa61a1ceb851da8e4e1109fddc56dc29e05ec seems to be the latest that pip can resolve for

This change can be applied to the four requirements files in the luna fork to get pip to resolve, then the instructions work as normal

By the way, I have a version of this that is ported to Amaranth 0.5 and uses PDM as the build system over here: https://github.com/apfelaudio/tiliqua/tree/main/gateware/src/top/usb_audio

At the moment the maintained version only targets (unreleased) Tiliqua hardware, but it might be interesting to look at.
