Add video synthesis (beamracing) tutorial

Beamracing is a nice way to get started with Amaranth, and could serve as an easy to understand 'first tutorial' of how to use Tiliqua. The goal would be to present an easy to understand interface where you can route audio samples to pixel RGB values, and everything is already pre-synchronized into the video domain, to make everything as easy to understand as possible.
