Improve MIDI USB host descriptor autodetection #115
Description
Most Tiliqua examples shall support USB MIDI host for using MIDI keyboards to control it. However, the USB host support requires hard-coding some descriptor offsets which is not user-friendly. The correct host-settings should be detected automatically, allowing any USB-MIDI device to be used with Tiliqua without extra work.
