Request For New Release With Xcode 16.3 Fix Included

Summary

This issue was fixed in this PR, but the code for that has not been included in a release. I would rather not have to point our SPM to a specific commit. Would it be possible to cut a release that includes this fix?

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Download Xcode 16.3
2. Install Apollo 1.19.0
3. Xcode -> Install CLI does not work
