Apostrophe Multisite version 4.4.0: enhancements to improve performance at startup and when changing site settings

Version 4.4.0 of @apostrophecms-pro/multisite has been released ahead of our normal schedule to accommodate Michelin. We thank the Michelin development team for their partnership in developing this release.

The following new features are included:

• Add prewarmSites option to proactively initialize specified or all site instances during multisite startup, before the server begins listening for traffic, reducing initial request latency for those sites.
• Implement zero-downtime site reloads: when a site's configuration changes, serve requests with the existing instance while a new instance starts in the background. Switch seamlessly to the new instance upon successful startup and gracefully shut down the old one after a configurable grace period (oldInstanceGracePeriod).
