Build a real-time data monitoring system to process usage data

Need this to make #10 possible. This can be built off Redis or Etcd or whatever makes sense. Data will be used for analytics, billing and audit.

Goals:

• High throughput per second. Data can be written from multiple sources at very short intervals
• Ability to crunch and query data to make meaningful decisions
• Interim layer to feed crunched data periodically to rig.
