Build a CICD and release pipeline #4
Description
Apart from the managed service, this application should provide binaries for windows, linux and mac as well as a Docker image release. As an added bonus, the docker image itself should be deployed to the IPCR managed service. (perhaps in addition to our dockerhub org)
