Allow Namer with Folder to Accept an absolute path

Consider this idea... Not sure if I want to encourage that. In CI/CD it doesn't really make sense although I can see a potential use case - throw all approvals throughout entire project into a single folder. Opens up the can of worms of potential name conflicts...
