Add Blue color code for Ratings

Add blue color as one of the ratings colors so that we can use the extended RAG+B system where:

R - Off track (Bad)
A - At risk (Just Ok)
G - On track (Good)
B - Exceed (Super)

So the issue as I understand it is if you add a rating with color blue, the item appears in the drop down but no blue color is displayed.

It looks like the currently supported colors are:

• green
• yellow
• red
• lightest-grey
• light-grey
• grey

It would be a quick change to add blue to the style sheet but we might want to support any kind of html colour for maximum flexibility

Yes you can take that generic approach to support any html color. Myself for now I'm just interest in adding blue color which is mostly used for RAG+B rating system in project management.
