MMUnitAllocate() : cannot allocate memory!

Hello, 

I've got a problem using the snapshotSnpcaller:

> Read snapshot in   10.8167 seconds
> 
> Handling SNP Counter Result
> MMUnitAllocate() : cannot allocate memory!

It can't allocate memory but I'm not sure why.
