Merge with nextcloud/groupfolders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently when wanting to use Workspace, you have to use this forked groupfolders app, instead of the official groupfolders app by Nextcloud.

This creates problems when updating nextcloud or when issues around the default groupfolders app and splits development efforts over two separate projects, instead of bundling everything in the main project and thus improving the base groupfolders app.

Describe the solution you'd like
Merge arawa/groupfolders to https://github.com/nextcloud/groupfolders.

Additional context
Please don't immediately close this issue ticket - I know that it's already planned to merge, but there is seemingly no additional information available around this.
Instead please use it as a public information tracker to let everyone know what the current status on this is, until the merge has occurred.
