Disable Nghia Ho optimisations #2

In these commits pmoulon/CMVS-PMVS@8915186 & pmoulon/CMVS-PMVS@2e75080, Pierre Moulon introduced a speed up from Nghia ho's RunSFM (http://nghiaho.com/?page_id=253). More recently, in RunSFM 1.4.3, Nghia ho reverted these changes because they seem produce a less dense point cloud.
