[Feature Request] ability to create multiple relationships with one click

Description

Creating multiple relationships between elements is often quite boring as even for the most obvious relationships like 'associated to' there's no ability to select multiple objects on the view an click the relationship on the palette or choose one from the context menu. That capability would be a huge time saver.

Hi, knowing that all relationships are directed, and that selected elements are undistinguishable, how could this work? How could Arch magically understand where relationships start and where they end?

Have you tried to lock the relationship on the palette (shift+clic, or double clic) and then create the relationships manually but quicly as you no more have to go back and forth to the palette?

Very simply - associated to relationship for example is non-directional and quite useful. The direction can be chosen randomly - as with served by and serves these are completely redundant (an error in archimate as notation in my opinion). For many relationships simple to apply rules can be written.
Yes I do shift+click a lot :).

Association is internally directed (and can be shown as such) but maybe the relation to almost never use (unless you're doing data modeling, in which case direction is needed).

There is no "served by" relationship in ArchiMate, only "serving" (serves).

For many relationships simple to apply rules can be written.

In which case, please provide a detailed specification taking all constraints into account, and then we'll see.

You can always create a JArchi script which is adding association relationships on all the selected elements

OK, apologies for not describing the ask clearly enough - here's a better description (i hope) of what I'd like to use that seems simple to implement:

1. select n source elements to be connected to target (indeed a selection of business objects to be associated with a service is one of the use cases as you've observed)
2. ctrl+shift+click the target object (or any other unused key+click combination)
3. a magic-wand-equivalent dialog pops-up
4. the desired connection type is selected
5. the connection instances allowed by archimate are created from all sources to the target

@romualdrichard - yes, I do use jArchi extensively, but selecting a script out of the 50+ i have is prone to de-selection and involves more time than I'd like to spend on this. somehow I do need multiple-to-one relationships to be created quite often...
