[Feature Request] Element icons in palette use the currently applied colour scheme

Description

The icons of the elements in the palette should have the ability to be rendered using the currently applied/used colour scheme set in the prefferences/appearance/colours.

The icons in the palette are fixed PNGs so unless you can provide alternate PNGs for all colour schemes that's not possible.

Just a thought, how this could work:
There would be 2 incon sets:

1. The default archi icon set - it would be monochrome (for example black outline and for example white interior, with transparent surroundings), defining the shapes of the icons.
2. the displayed icon set - this would be generated by applying a color shade to the default icon set as per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/21382966/colorize-a-picture-in-java and storing the indivitual shaded files as the 2nd set of png files (https://www.javaspring.net/blog/java-image-change-color/). These would be then shown in the palette.

The 2nd icon set could be pregenerated as part of the default archi installation, based on the default archi color scheme, from the default icon set. It would be regenerated, when the color scheme changes and the palette would get refilled/redrawn. If refilling the palette would be an issue, I guess an app restart could be an alternative.

As Archi is open source, will you be able to provide a pull request with an implementation? Note that because Archi is Eclipse and SWT based, you'd need to create an SWT Image.

I am not a developer oficially, never wrote in java, so it would be a long uphill battle for me right now. It's not out of the question though, just not in the near future.
