[Feature Request] "Select in model tree" to override filtered tree view

### Description

Annoyingly if tree in modes does not show item unless reset. It would be great if it could either add to the filtered view or reset filter automatically.

Preference would be to add to filtered view.  This would allow one to add a set to the tree then jump to another views and readily add all
