I noticed after using archinstall (2.5.2-1) on a recent Arch ISO (2022.11.01) that regular users were also added to the wheel group. The wheel group is automatically given superuser rights in a few components like polkit and is typically reserved for super users, for things like sudo.

+1 for this. I just found that after installing polkit my supposedly "non-root" user had root privileges! Such a security risk!

I started on a fix for this, should be available soonish
