subscriptions.selector of argocd notification supports multiple labels

Does subscriptions.selector of argocd notification support multiple labels? For example, env=prod and tier=backend (and, or, not operations).

@ibizdevops I tested and found the syntax is comma separation. "label1=value1,label2=value2"
