Github "stateful" PR Comments

It would be nice if Github PR comments that came from ArgoCD were "stateful".
As in, the comment has an overview of all applications associated with the PR and updates the existing comment instead of adding anew one each time.
I think this would help with the readability of PRs that deploy ArgoCD applications.
