Tutorials or functions to incorporate label consistency prior for alignment

Thank you so much for creating such an amazing and comprehensive package! I am currently using the package to perform 3D reconstruction on Xenium slices, and I have two questions:

1. Does the package support cell type clustering across multiple slices at once, instead of clustering each slice independently?
2. The documentation mentions that Spateo can incorporate labels as input features for alignment. I’m wondering where the tutorial Incorporate label consistency prior is located. If that tutorial is not yet available, which function(s) should I use to incorporate cell type annotations for alignment and 3D reconstruction?
