As with the
ark-network/ark project, on git tags, we should start producing software artifacts, such as pre-compiled binaries for macOS and Linux/Debian to be attached to GitHub Release, and docker images as GitHub Packages.We should PGP sign the binaries with a key from the team sourced via GitHub Secrets and produce checksum to be attached to the GitHub Release.
