Enable certificate verification in the communication between the `jolokia api server` and the `broker`

For now, when using TLS, there is no way to trust the certificate that is used by the broker. This is a strong security concern. One idea pointed by @gaohoward would be to make use of the functionalities provided by cert-manager around the trust handling.
More research is needed to this point.
