Docs: PaginationExt is hard to find

I was trying to work out how to paginate a List, specifically CheckoutSession line_items, and couldn't figure it out from the rustdoc. Searched the source and found PaginationExt. Might be worth mentioning it in the docs for List?

Maybe I should just look at the examples more like a normal person. I always forget those exist when I'm reading docs.

The new rust solver will actually make functions-exposed-via-traits much easier / more efficient to find. Intellisense will solve this soon but I have also considered adding a prelude for just those traits.
