Error when fetching dependencies while building Docker Image #60
Description
Issue Summary:
While building a docker image using the command '/bin/sh -c export GO111MODULE=on && go get -u github.com/armory-io/terraform-provider-spinnaker', because the packages that are listed in https://github.com/armory-io/terraform-provider-spinnaker/blob/master/main.go don't exist in https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform anymore.
Steps to Reproduce:
Build any docker image that requires dependencies from github.com/armory-io/terraform-provider-spinnaker
