why not add category?

The way I see flexyble-jekyll is like a really minimalistic and simplistic theme.
Keeping things simple, IMHO a tags functionality is enough.

In addition, considering the minimalism of the theme, if the tags section looks like this, it would be an overkill to also add a categories section.
