You can start communicating right now. As much as you want! Since the connection is direct, no one can stop you. Connections are encrypted. Telephony works in all cities and countries around the world!
But the application still needs development and will certainly be refined. Many app features are not yet ready, but the main feature, phone calls, is ready and working.

The app is based on libtorrent (decentralized database) and libp2p (direct connection and DHT). The connection is established via DHT ID. In the app, this can be found in the proxy settings. The call is made by pressing the telephone handset in the chat. To open the chat, you need to press the button in the lower right corner of the main screen and write the id. Where to enter the id received in the settings.
Registration data is not sent anywhere and is not verified. It is only used to identify you in chat and calls.
Other than this one file, there is nothing else. No servers or other programs!
You can write your bootstrap nodes inside the file. Therefore, you can use the ones you already have, or create your own and write them to the apk file. Bootstrap nodes are only needed for the first boot.
