I can't get the plugin to show up in FL Studio.

I did unzip the supercollider plugin zip into the root folder of SC(64bit) and pointed FL Studio's plugin scanner to it. However, despite doing a full scan the plugin doesn't show up.

The PluginColllider VST3 should be installed in the default VST3 path (C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3)

What version are you using ? I know that the initial release (0.1.0) needed libsndfile.dll to be on the windows path; if not the plugin doesn't show up.

I can see the plugin now in FL Studio but it crashes FL immediately upon loading the SC plugin.

I only extracted "PluginCollider.vst3" from the zip. Without the exe file. Is that correct?

EDIT: Well, I also extracted the whole "PluginCollider_artefacts" folder in the VST3 folder and I get the same crash in FL.

You only have to move the PluginCollider.vst3 into the default VST3 path.

You should fix the crash issue by updating the msvc runtime: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022

Not really. After installing the most up to date MSVC runtimes, the plugin kept crashing FL studio.

I tried loading it as FX and instrument.

How does the plugin knows where SC is installed?

Here is in "C:\Audio\SC32" and "C:\Audio\SC64"

There is no SC dependency with Plugincollider; it can run without SC installed.

Can you test if you see this with the latest release: https://github.com/asb2m10/plugincollider/releases/tag/v0.2.0 ?
