on the kobo ereaders, words are selected to look up in dictionary by long-pressing the word; multiple words are then selected by dragging the selection controls, which, as one can guess is cumbersome on an e-ink display.

some entries (with longer keywords) need to be adjusted to include additional keywords, such as adding '4th' as a keyword to the entry for '4th squad'
