Proposal: Adding requireParentSpan: true to packages #267

Description
Would be great to have a parameter like instrumentation-pg, instrumentation-fs and instrumentation-redis have, where adding this parameter:
requireParentSpan: true
it will ignore the tracing of typeorm, elasticsearch, etc. unless they are under a parent span
