Add status function for status endpoint & 1.4.0 release

• Add this endpoint to SDK https://github.com/assistivecards/assistivecards-api#status
• Release 1.4.0 on github page
• Update it in unity-template project

this will allow us to check the internet connection on boot!

• use this endpoint and see if there is connection, display no internet screen
• Add a button "Check Connection", which will make the same call and close the display no internet screen
• Add the version code of assets in the App settings about section. (Returned by the statuscheck function)
