Uniform Transient Triggers and actuall Triggers behaviour for missing device #1170
Description
If a device is not yet paired with Astarte, we can create a trigger with the given Device ID, but unfortunately we cannot create a Transient Trigger (data or device) for it.
IMO, it would be nice to uniform the behavior if possible.
