dahdi_tool shows card 0, then card 1, then card 0 #13

On a server with 3 cards, the dahdi_tool application shows lines for card 0, then card 1, but instead of card 2, it shows card 0 again. The actual data seems correct. This seems to be just an issue with the print statements.
