I have noticed that my set up is not particularly fast when creating a large number of small files. A simple bash script that creates a number of test files run on google-drive-ocamlfuse mountpoint takes significantly more time than analog cmd script run over Google Drive disk mounted with official google windows app. Is there a particular configuration that could improve this? I've tried enabling async_upload_queue as well as increasing the default write buffers. I'm on version 0.7.32.
