Mirror script can emit multiple version tags but CI is limited to releasing a single tag

e.g., https://github.com/astral-sh/ruff-pre-commit/actions/runs/16608978748/job/46987818645 ran and picked up two releases and made two commits then only published the first one.

A subsequent run does not see any new commits, and doesn't publish a release, e.g., https://discord.com/channels/1039017663004942429/1082324250112823306/1399887797711540285

Consequently, we're missing a release!
