`rev` inconsistent with astral-sh/ruff-pre-commit

## Description
In `astral-sh/uv-pre-commit` examples, `rev` is listed as `X.X.X`.
In `astral-sh/ruff-pre-commit` examples, `rev` is listed as `vX.X.X`.

I am not sure if this is a documentation bug or an implementation bug, but it would be good to have them match.
