more direct link to documentation

We need a more obvious way to access Fink's documentation.
The path that I normally have to do is:

• go to the website
• click on the portal
• click on the menu on the top left
• click on the API

I end up being in some place in the documentation, but this is not ideal.

It would be nice to have a direct button on the the portal and in the website that just says "Documentation".
