GFX plugin config issues

Im using an Nvidia RTX 2060 ti graphics card, whenever I try to enable "Soft (Bilinear+NN)" filter and check "Exclusive Fullscreen" the game is still running and I can hear sound, but theres no picture, Benq 1080p Full HD monitor, Project64 3.0.1.5664 2df3434, this happens only if I press Alt+Enter to go Fullscreen, it works well windowed
