Sven pointed out we're not really using full topocluster information in dense environments since we're not using the cell weights in the outputs. Oops! Should fix this.

Clarification: this is actually correct for the reconstructed cellE, but not the cluster-level calibration hits (i.e. truth) information. So this still requires a fix.
