比如 http://map.geoq.cn/ArcGIS/rest/services/ChinaOnlineStreetPurplishBlue/MapServer/tile/{z}/{y}/{x}
我试了是可以访问的，但是下载报错。其他图层可以下载，不知道是不是设置问题

503说明服务器无法处理请求，估计是过载或者有保护，可以设置的间隔时间大一点
