Vertical dnd inside horizontall dnd does not working

Following to this issue #293
I am using the latest version (13.0.0).
If i put a vertical dnd inside horizontall dnd. There is unexpected behavior, and the draging item just falls randomly inside the list.
In the issue above, wrriten that the issue was solved in this example. But the problem happens there too.
Anything that I missed out?
