С чем связан запрос на фичу?

Необходимо чтобы проверялся скоуп в сообощении коммита. Скоуп берется из анализа проекта по доступным воркспейсам

Расскажите как вы это себе видите

проверка скоупа по всем пакетам в проекте
проверка скоупа по пакетам с нужным скриптом (prepack/dev)
