ADataBinding: deprecation notice

ADataBinding, core component for data binding, is deprecated in ongoing AUI release, v7.0.0 in favor of its successor - "property system".

You can build against AUI version v7.0.0-rc.19 to review new changes. Please visit #408 (comment) for migration guides.
