Testing in Alpine Linux

As we don't have Perl installed in Alpine by default, create a fake /bin/perl and ignore some Perl-related tests with --skip.

cd clitest-repo

docker run -v $PWD:/app alpine ash -c \
  'echo exit 0 > /bin/perl; chmod +x /bin/perl; cd /app && ./clitest --skip 119,131,140 test.md'
