Only dialing number is showing for inbound and outbound calls, not the name from address book.

This was never a marketed feature. //afone is meant to be a reference implementation for a SIP softphone on iOS, not a real softphone with all those nice features and UI candy. Contact matching is not on our road map for //afone. Feel free to add it and create a PR for us, we're open to seeing new features being added to //afone.
