PromptAgent.reverify_email(is_valid_token_set[1], user_auth_handler)

Once the user has opted to re-verify email, g_config is initialized but service_client doesn't have any access code set.

@anshulg954 Perhaps also take this into account when you are implementing the token. Thanks!
