BUG：Regarding the issue of displaying block record time #1582
Description
On the website https://astral.autonomys.xyz/mainnet/consensus Check your wallet block history. If it exceeds 21 hours, it will display 1 day ago, which greatly affects the summary of daily earnings from block records. I hope to make the necessary modifications as soon as possible.
Block_time: If the time is longer than 22 hours, 1 day is displayed. Before 22 hours, the time shown was correct. Block_time encountered a time conversion error.
