Files uploaded to Taurus immediately marked as "archived" - skipping "archiving" state

Files uploaded to Taurus are being marked as "archived" immediately after upload, skipping the expected "archiving" state.

This could be either:

• Processing is actually happening that fast
• UI issue not showing the intermediate "archiving" state properly

Need to verify if this is expected behavior or a bug.

This is an unexpected behaviour. It's true that only it's shown when there's some issue with the events processing, for this reason I'll assign a lower priority but I'll work on a better way to calculate the status of an upload.
