Add support for random values in config

To feel more natural, it could be great to add support for something like RANDOM(5, 20) in config.yaml for some numeric value.

So each time the orchestrator start it pick random values in the range.

Yes exactly, like if I set POST_INTERVAL_MINUTES: 90 it get a bit too obvious that the tweet are at a set frequency, adding some range randomness will make it more natural

by sovling the issue, you mean now the agent can self schedule the post so making the setting useles?

Yes. The next step is to have a task manager/scheduler so that many tasks can be scheduled ahead of time and agent can be reactive to things like a DM tool. #220
