enhacement: 🎨 add config to make use to tailwind css

• the web-cli should be able to use tailwind css
• if possible find a way to periodically migrate the web-cli from charkra-ui --> sandcn or pure tailwind css
• create more generic CSS configs from the existing CSS added for the components.
